Early Intervention Program

The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a confidential program that assists ill or injured employees effectively return to work in a safe and timely manner. Detailed information regarding EIP can be found in the program poster and the frequently asked questions.

When referral time lines are satisfied, please complete the employee referral form and email it to the Healthcare Benefit Trust (HBT). HBT will then mail an early notification package to the employee and phone the employee to explain the program and answer any questions.
