Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking highly motivated individual, with strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills, who can provide executive administrative support to the Executive Director and department, maintain departmental databases and SharePoint site and troubleshoot various end user desktop problems for the department. You will also be required to oversee and provide direction to other administrative staff within the department.
You will have advanced proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office applications. You will be self motivated, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi task, and work within a team environment. Previous experience in IT trouble shooting and end user support is an asset.
